Raquel Stucky ran a marathon (26.2 miles) on Jan. 14 and earned 122nd place out of around 300 during the Olympic Game trials Houston, Tex. Stucky is the sister-in-law of LeAnne Bryant, business.

Stucky is no stranger to distance running. She has been running since college where she was an All-American athlete in marathon running. With the addition of an endorsement from Adidas, Stucky received a coach and had been preparing for two years for Saturday’s event.

The top three runners advance to the 2012 Summer Olympic Games in London, England.

“Winning was not the goal,” Bryant said. “Just getting there was enough for her.”
