For many students, the Chemistry final is one of the most dreadful. It lasts four days for those in Chemistry 1, and seven days in Chemistry 2.

With an Advanced Placement U.S. History final, Sabaa Anees, 11, is very nervous about her Chemistry 2 final, as it’s worth 240 points.

“I’m very nervous because it is a big chunk of my grade,” Anees said, “Both my finals are challenging, but AP US History is more about memorization.”

Angie Stockam, science, teaches Chemistry 2, and Robbye Herrington, science, teaches Chemistry 1. The final is a lab requiring several steps, and is about 30 pages long.

“You just have to pay attention from the last labs,” Gabe Barcenas, 11, said. “You try not to mess up, or otherwise you will have to start over.”
